Profile and Art activities

After pursuing her career in advertising and design, she became an art producer. While she was handling various works of performing arts and music, she started photographing flowers. By integrating the concept of the moon into two-dimensional image, she captures innocence and glamour of flowers and expresses “Destiny of Life” with the light allowing to project yin and yang. Some of her art pieces install contemporary LED light, while some install classic lustrous Japanese Liqueur – they are the unconventional originative art form.

There, we can observe the influence of Japanese culture she loves, such as Kimono and Tea ceremony. She also pursues to realize the experience of “ICHI-GO ICHI-E (Treasure every encounter, for it will never recur)” principle for her creation activities. In her past solo-exhibition, she expressed interaction with participants and sharing the time together, and it was highly regarded. Her works and spaces express the concept of Old-New and East-West by using lights and flowers, and she will keep proposing the opportunity of new translation of “ICHI-GO ICHI-E” to the present time.
